Overall, this is a very great place to work. Great work life balance, work culture, and amazing people. The organization structure is well laid out, and it’s easy to be recognized for your good work.

I haven’t really experienced or noticed any cons for now

RII is an amazing company who have very honest and sincere company core values that they live by everyday. Working at RII is a pleasure among all the great people, hard work, collaboration, and benefits. Working on site I still felt as a part of the RII family and connected with numbers of people I wouldn't have otherwise met through one of their inventive programs. They understand the humanity aspect of both their employees and their customers, honing in on the importance of understanding the mission of the customers so well to serve them better. The management works hard to meet demands, while still working to recognize achievements and take time for fun. I can't recommend the company high enough.

The only con I have with RII that exists throughout contracting is that RII has specific strengths and contracts that don't fit for everyone.
