-Very engaging work -Lots of learning in areas ranging from networking to circuits and of course communication protocols -Flexibility. If you are sick or have personal issues to take care of, the management is generally very flexible and will work with you to help out. -Culture. This company prides itself on getting the job done while still having as good of a time as possible and not getting bogged down into bureaucratic issues. -Upward movement in the company is almost completely based on how you are performing and understanding what we do.
Cons
-If a project is falling behind, you may have to work extended hours/ some Saturdays. -The nature of the job sometimes involves solving other trade issues.
