Good role - Systems Engineer RoviSys Employee Review

-Lots to learn in the company, given my co-op period was 3 months, I felt I learned a lot in a short period of time -Endless knowledge in process controls, excellent company resources -Pay is decent for the area, food provided about half the time -Depending on team, may include possibility for travel

-Depending on the team you are assigned to, you may struggle to get assigned work occasionally (which seems to be a co-op exclusive problem, since full-time employees always seem busy) -Depending on team, may include possibility for travel

-Work Culture was phenomenal -Awesome co-workers -Solid management -Learned a ton coming right out of college -Starting Salary

-Raises are minimal -Bonuses are minimal -Benefits are on the lower end of the spectrum -Travel -Fast pace environment with strict deadlines -You will work more than 40 hours some weeks and not be compensated
