Pros

You get a lengthy vacation, meet some nice people.

Cons

Unfortunately in the world we face corporate politics, however never have I seen a company take this to another level. This organization could have be a great opportunity for emerging young professionals however management fails to get it right. The environment here is just short of toxic, no career opportunities to advance. They hold you back to their own accord and do as they please. Each PSC manager has shown a facade how they care about you; however each has only cared about their own progression and their bonuses. Everyone is expendable and just a number at the end of the day. There are managers who care to make changes however everyone is a puppet in the grand scheme of things. HR in this organization does not care about the employees, in essence you have no one to go for help. This has been the most unorganized organization that I have witnessed. I wish things would change however it looks like it never will.
