Great customers returning to see us

Cons

Short staffed. Every week gets more and more cuts. Customers have to wait, then leave angry. I wouldn't recommend working here because of the hours!! No security in hours!

Pros

Many crew members are hardworking and dedicated to their jobs and quality of work.

Cons

Everyone has a strong opinion about how to do things, favoritism by managers, some front end mgr’s are unprofessional and rude to the “certain team members”, make disparaging comments and criticism in front of customers inefficient, big ego problems. No consistency, follow through, transparency in communication with employees. Constantly changing the rules depending upon the team member!
