the managers were pretty awfull for the most part (they have never actually done work in your department and probably wont learn).
bonuses and incentives seem to be going away by the year(bonuses used to be 1200 quarterly and are now only 200.
at the start of the new year they will fire all part timers.
there is no seasonal hiring for help during the holidays.
would actually like working as a meat cutter for this company if the management wasn't so bad and i wasn't frequently reminded how awful the company is
also they prefer to move team leads around then to promote coworkers
they take out your pto for holiday pay
bad coworkers are rarely fired as it is hard for them to find more employees
