Strong culture! The CEO values customer service and treats the employees very well SF culture includes a fun environment, free food, drinks, snacks Great people

Cons

Some growing pains because we are growing at a very fast rate. Outgrowing our space but we have a new office lined up that is going to be awesome.

Could be solid gig work at times.

Cons

I got a notice about late deliveries. I had a day where I had multiple orders, and a terrible ice storm came in. It was challenging to get around, and I was in almost a half dozen different accidents, but I made all my deliveries. Even though I communicated with the customers, none had any issues, and some even gave generous tips, Shipt decided to give me a warning, and the next day, cancel my account. I appealed and explained about the weather and they didn't care. They only care about the on time delivery, not driver safety. When I tried to appeal further they won't even speak any more.
