Pros

You are employed and pay arrives on time

Cons

One of the worst places to work in Massachusetts. Constant threat of of layoffs, senior management cares only about their bonuses, every year is a "tough" one when it comes to funding bonuses/comp for everyone below Managing Director level, annual merit raises don't exist for most so you are actually losing money by continuing to work there, expectations vs. compensation is ridiculous, and some of the worst management / "leadership" you will experience in your career, Clients do not matter anymore and employees are treated like cattle and SS is offshoring jobs at a ridiculous rate over the last 10 years which makes client service worse. This is an awful place to work, avoid at all costs.

Pros

-Fast interview timeline -VPs and up seemed somewhat competent but sadness filled their eyes.

Cons

I backed out of this role due to their unprofessional and abhorrent on-boarding process. From the very beginning I had a bad feeling about this place and my research on the firm turned out to be true; They don't care about you and pay laughable wages. I can almost forget about that, capitalism and all, but what really rubbed me the wrong way was the failure of basic on-boarding procedures.. When should I show up? Dress code? Surprise 1 month of 10-12 hr shifts due to training with india team? No mention at all in the weeks and days leading up to my start date. Simple things that have been a breeze in past organizations showed me that this organization is either a dinosaur past its prime or is just inept.
