Pros

- Sales organization appears to be well-supported. The sales org is amazing and deserves all the recognition one can provide, but they are also the only org in the entire company that is paid fairly and given the basics of what a company should provide to retain employees and keep them happy. They are great, and I think they are great because of the skills they have and the love for their work, but I cannot overlook how much of that plays into how much better they are treated and taken care of compared to everyone else at the company and that their work certainly reflects that.

Cons

- Little to no raises for most employees - Frequent layoffs and job instability - Poor work-life balance and heavy workloads - Lack of employee recognition or support - High turnover rate - Broken promises regarding compensation and growth All I can say is talk to any employee outside of the sales org and at an executive level about their experience at the company and how often layoffs are and you will know immediately why you should work for a competitor instead. There are employees who have not received a raise or recognition in multiple years before they decide to leave when you have executives receiving large bonuses and title changes openly and are celebrated while the coordinators who actually help projects get done receive nothing. It is embarrassing to have worked for you and to have believed the promises that were given upon hiring just to be laid off because the company continues to not be profitable enough to value every employee.
