Pros

remote work and benefits are alright

Cons

They start you at a low pay $24 an hour even if you have experience because you are not a senior. Calls are back to back like 100 calls in auto department and credit card dept. They do not hire large classes so the call volumes increase or stay the same. give you 40 hours of pto. Micro Management even if you are doing well they are unprofessional and don’t know the call procedures and can’t give you information or help when you need it. They give 1 raise and it’s like .30 cents. QA will get you 4x a month and they sing you for anything so they can pocket your bonus and you only get 4 in a year of around 1k

Pros

Great pay and branch teams have always been great. Great PTO and very good benefits, even for part timers.

Cons

Procedures are horrible. Set you up for failure. Training is a joke. They make you go to work for a month for someone that hasn’t been in a branch since 1995 to read slides for you and ask you to ask your manager in each question you have. Unrealistic expectations when it comes to sales. People don’t come to banks as much anymore, still they want you selling those credit cards as if there’s new people walking in every day. And if they cancel it or they’re fraudulent, well that’s on you, you lose your points and can potentially lose your job. They’ve been closing locations and couldn’t care less if you’ll lose your job. You can try to apply for another position within the company and they will make you go through interviews as if you’re a new hire. Even if it’s for the same position in another location.
