Over the past four and a half years at Teleperformance, I have had an incredibly rewarding and growth-focused experience. I began my journey as a frontline agent taking calls, where I built a strong foundation in customer service and operational excellence. Within my first six months, I was given the opportunity to step into a part-time trainer role, and shortly after, I transitioned into a full-time Operations Trainer position. Teleperformance truly provides opportunities for advancement for those who are willing to put in the work, remain consistent, and stay open to learning. Growth is encouraged, but it also requires dedication, accountability, and a strong work ethic. My career progression is a direct reflection of the company’s commitment to developing internal talent. One of the highlights of my experience has been the team I work alongside. I am fortunate to be part of a professional, supportive, and collaborative group that consistently strives for excellence. Leadership and peers alike foster an environment where knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued.
