      Good place for automobile enthusiasts. Work culture is not bad. A lot to learn for a fresher. Good starting pay and facilities. Good opportunities and mentoring.

      Cons

      Bad HR policies. Tough to do little things without getting permission. Highly centralized hierarchical structure. Management is poor.
