      Freedom to learn what you want & what you can. Very good for upskilling early career

      Cons

      WLB is minimal depending on which module you are assigned to. If you get given an unstable toolset, there is little possibility to switch ownership

      Pros

      Amazing people -- TI hires the best out of non-elite universities, so the company has a very inclusive feel. Everything is about teamwork. Can't beat the work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay could be improved especially in the Bay Area if TI wants to retain employees who make the biggest impact.
