Pros
cleanest store I've ever worked in. 1 hour lunch break. "most" of the co-workers were fun to work with, some took things too seriously.
Cons
Compared to the actual Visual Manager your workload is about 75% more than them with half pay with A LOT of physical labor. you will have to look up when products "may" arrive ahead of time and plan when to set those areas ahead of time, if they even show up. You will have to audit 10-20 sections a week, in addition to planning for truck, visual meetings, sales floor leading, and actually resetting areas of the floor. Most other companies submit planograms you need to complete with full details. Here they give you a "photogram" and it's your job not corporates to figure out if anything is discontinued, if the photogram even has sku numbers on it. expect to mostly do this by yourself. Way too much paperwork over future ad sets, printing tags etc etc... a lot of needless tasks you won't experience elsewhere. Was chastised over very small negligible details that could've been easily remedied that made it seem like they were trying to push me out, and then the company filed for bankruptcy very soon after.
