Since I was there for a while, I would probably give you a different answer depending on what time period you are asking about. Overall, I think the main pros are: - Fast pace: great place to grind while you are young and want to accomplish a lot of things. - Young vibe: Lots of young people. I do mean this literally (main age range average is 20s - 30s), but also the energy. Many new hires are very passionate in their respective fields - Benefits are great (free lunch and dinner, plentiful snacks and drinks, nice office, gym benefit, mental health benefit, free essential insurances)

- 996 work culture. The fast pace environment I mentioned above is really good for people who are ok with that. However, for people who want to have a life outside of work, have family strict family commitments, or want to 'sign off of work', I don't think this is the place for you. - As they hired more and more overseas people, the culture in the office became more Asian. If you don't speak Chinese, it could be hard to communicate with stakeholders. Also growth might be stunted since more senior members - Pay structure for some roles are not matching market rates
