Pros
I had recommended a friend and he showed me a recent review that was posted on line. This seems to be complete wrong and mis-characterization of the company, ceo and their practices. I am on H-1B and I wouldn't change this company for that reason alone. They provide excellent service and the salary is comparable to the market. They also, go above and beyond to ensure employee status and well being.
Have excellent benefit package, 401k and also life insurance for no cost to us.
Cons
They can be aggressive and expand. They have a good squad of employees and can capture major markets in the east-coast.
