Company is great. People were wonderful.

None really to speak of.

Pay is ok and I love graphics.

Absolutly No work-life balance, unrealistic expectations, unorganized, and overworked. I was working at NAVSEA in the Navy Yard in DC. It was the most depressing, unfriendly, and highly stressful govt agency in DC. The supervisor is an extremely workaholic therefore wants us all to be extreme workaholics. We had to work full days on holidays even though every other agencies were off! Too many bosses who want to exploit their workers just to climb the ladder. If you're 1 minute late you are fired. Call in sick you are fired. If you don't take on more work with unrealistic deadlines you are fired. PTO is completely low. Kglobal didn't pay us for whole month due to merging contracts without early notice therefore creating chaos in our financial lives and ruining our work performance. I addressed it to the company and Kglobal didn't care. You have to pay for parking which is always full even though teleworking/ hybrid work can solve all that. Leadership in NAVSEA itself is completely unorganized and overworked with the worst retention I have ever seen due to people quitting every week due to high stress. The company are completely unsupportive. AVOID Kglobal and Navy yard DC AT ALL COST!
