The only benefit I can think of is they offer flexible schedules.

Cons

NO RAISES, very little PTO, very expensive benefits, no employees recognition, no incentives, no holiday pay,… if you take off the holiday you have to work the weekend before or after, no matching 401k, not even a card at Christmas!…….and did I mention, NO RAISE? So whatever rate you get when you start, it better be higher because that’s the rate you’ll stay forever! Oh, by the way, insurance went up 6%, but no raise so now I make even less money!!!!!!
