I worked so hard, and put in all of grit in my work. After I left, everything is being credited to someone else. Forget respecting your profession, they don't even respect you as a human being.

they have alot of tools at your disposal, giving everyone top down the ability to innovate and tinker.

Cons

Closed door meetings at the management level, often leaving out ICs from the conversation regardless of who is a subject matter expert.
