Really innovative company, very AI-forward. Lots of ability to innovate and develop AI products. Remote work culture is excellent! Lots of great virtual events to stay connected. Fun company meet-ups in Chicago! One nice thing that's actually often overlooked is that they have a travel card for the meetups, so that the employee doesn't need to LOAN money to their employer and get reimbursed later, which seems to sadly have become the norm elsewhere. It's very refreshing to actually have the company cover expenses upfront.
