Pros

You get to work with books and some really great people, the office is quite nice

Cons

All teams across the company seem to be a bit too lean, so a lot can fall through the cracks

Pros

Company offers a small bonus at the end of the year based on how well they perform.

Cons

With the new CEO has come decreasing benefits and the same low pay. Very little room to grow. Colleagues across departments aren’t always the most pleasant to work with, I feel this has only gotten worse with the recent changes as I’ve seen a huge decline in morale.
