I have nothing but good things to say regarding my recent onboarding with Kemper. The hiring process was easy, fair and swift, and the hiring managers and recruiter I worked with were supportive, communicative, friendly and welcoming. I am three weeks into my training class and the experience has been great - the hands-on learning and process in which the trainers teach you the skills you need to succeed in your position are unparalleled to anything I've experienced in the past, working for other major insurance carriers.
