Pros

Kido offers a positive and friendly work environment that makes day-to-day work enjoyable. The peers and teammates are very supportive, which helps build strong collaboration and a sense of teamwork. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to grow and learn.

Cons

While the experience has been good, the salary hikes could be more competitive and aligned with performance and market standards.

Pros

Kido is a genuinely supportive and people-focused organisation. There is a strong sense of teamwork across all teams, and leadership is approachable and open to ideas. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, which has helped me develop professionally and feel trusted in my role. The culture is positive, inclusive, and aligned with the values the organisation promotes.

Cons

There aren’t enough Kido's!!! The childcare sector isn’t always easy, and can sometimes be demanding but having a company that is so supportive and dedicated really makes a difference. Speaking with colleagues who have worked in other settings, there’s a shared view that Kido stands out as a supportive and inclusive place to work.
