Pros

The team is genuinely inclusive, with a collaborative environment where open communication is not just encouraged—it’s the norm. Everyone’s voice is heard, and feedback is shared respectfully and constructively. People are proactive, willing to take responsibility, and always ready to support one another. Innovation is a core part of our culture. Risk-taking is encouraged, and there’s a strong emphasis on learning from experimentation. Work-life balance is respected through flexible scheduling, which allows for personal needs without compromising productivity.

Cons

Some teams do not fully understand the technical capabilities or limitations of our products. This has occasionally led to miscommunication.

Pros

Good benefits blue cross blue shield of massachusetts, ok sick time with like 10 hoildays and 3 weeks of PTO.

Cons

Working hard gets you no where. People slack and don't help the older workers out they rather smoke Cigarettes all day or play monopoly on their phone! They keep the workers because they know people not because they work hard. Only Certain people are entitled to move up in the company it is not based on how hard you work it is all about Favoritism! Been an employee for over 7 years and I still get treated like a nobody.

Pros

Unfortunately there are no real pros for working at Ophir!

Cons

There are so many cons that I am afraid to start listing them: * Favoritism * Useless HR * Gaslighting * Dysfunctional * Lack of supervision * Haphazard 'training' * Lack of real direction * Extreme lack of morale * Severe lack of diversity * Toxic work environment * Work on good work-life balance. * Protocols blatantly ignored * Program Managers are clueless * Expectations are totally unrealistic * Employees are fired without any warning * Absurdly poor communication and leadership * Backstabbing and finger pointing on a grand scale * Lack of opportunity for growth or advancement * Newly hired management has made it exceedingly toxic * Some employees are immensely angry but afraid to speak out * Idle threats being made by my immediate supervisor toward 'the team' * Long standing feuds between employees that effects work getting done * Extreme lack of communication, everyone is afraid to talk to each other * Employees are completely ignored when ask Upper Management for help * Building needs of a major overhaul especially the elevator that is constantly "Out of Order" or people constantly get stuck in between floors * etc...etc...etc...
