      5% match 401k, somewhat cheap healthcare premiums, could be better

      Cons

      A lot of lay offs recently, forced flex days, super conservative company, very Orange County conservative…managers that have been there for two long, stuck in their ways.

      Pros

      Half of the staff is super helpful and friendly Amazing experience and opportunities Most of the nurses are willing to offer advice or help if you don’t know how to do something Some Doctors/physicians are willing to teach Clinical educators are so helpful and make themselves available They seem to really try and work around your personal commitments if possible

      Cons

      Sometimes you are stretched too thin Workload could be excessive if someone calls out You have to work minimum 3 days/week (difficult if you’re in school that has multiple clinical days/week)
