- Some lovely staff - Free lunch

Cons

- bank staff are entinced with the idea of choosing your shifts that suit you, however managers will guilt you into taking as many hours as possible and make you feel awful for not working as much as perm staff. - Unsympathetic management who take eachother's side when you make a complaint against one - always left out of ratio from 8-9am. Toddler room will regularly have 2 people with 16 2 year olds for an hour. - constant micromanaging. you are always picked apart and criticised for everything you do and are rarely, if ever, praised. - Managers taking in more kids despite being understaffed and tellling us to not see it as a bad thing because it means more money - Openly racist/islamophobic comments made by coworkers are not taken seriously - bank staff have to chase management up to fix their hours on the app -THE BOTTOM LINE IS THERE ARE TOO MANY CHILDREN NOT ENOUGH STAFF
