      Lots of exciting bets being made, many growth opportunities, very smart people who also know how to have work life balance

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot which can be frustrating, but that's part of the game of fintech (very fast moving)

      The best place to work

      Pros

      - You’ll work with top (but actually top) people. They are all high performers and very very capable - The best culture that focuses on customers. They really do have the customer in the center of every decision - David and Cristina are really inspiring - The working environment is really good and high energy - Top compensation - Everything work like a Swiss clock

      Cons

      - Very slow and bureaucratic - Some people from CO’s team are very political and create a corporate environment (rather toxic sometimes) - Making commute mandatory
