      As with anywhere; when you are on a great team and surrounded by support and positivity- work is amazing.

      Cons

      As with anywhere: When there is toxicity in the work environment it becomes a challenge to want to commit so much of your life to work.

      Pros

      Homey feel, not in the crowded area of Jakarta, You will have experience a start-up like company even though the business is already spread all over Indonesia since the system is still growing and haven't been matured enough

      Cons

      Medical Benefits are poor, few Bonuses, lack of standard operational system, Public transport facility is horrendous, you are triggered to bring your own vehichle but very limited parking space.

      The environment is very nice. In here you would feel colleague like family. The pressure of course high too ^^

      Cons

      I think too many people think that working here is a dream for many people. But you need to remember, HO employees clearly have many benefits compared to employees who work at their DC/plant company.
