Pros
Students and some of the supportive parents. Any high scores this school receives is due to the academic level of students who would be successful regardless of the school they attended.
Cons
Low pay and poor leadership. High attrition rate and the inexperienced staff that replace them. Nepotism in leadership. No vision, support, or planning. Admin just piles on expectations without adequate support or training. Admin spys on staff to "catch" them doing something wrong. The only place I've ever worked where they have you pay to attend their staff Christmas party
