Nice office in Needham, MA. and decent benefits. Not much more to tell

Cons

Poor firmware (constant updates needed and they are a pain to do. Very poor management from Israel. The product still needs lots of work to stabilize

Pros

Great technology. Some good people. Management is very discriminatory depending on if you are Israeli or not. If you are not then do not expect much advancement or concern for your career.

Cons

Management is short sided and uncaring if you are not Israeli. They will speak Hebrew when discussing secret topics they don't want Americans to know about. They openly lie on sales presentations and their website. Point this out and you are labeled "difficult".

Good team with very poor leadership

Great R&D team that built a very innovative product. Top talents already left the company but the R&D is still strong.

Cons

Very poor management. Treating employees very poorly. Very aggressive against former employees - using aggressive legal actions to prevent them from working for "competitors" (which according to Kaminario is any Storage company).
