I've been so impressed recently by how many stories of tenured leaders all started as an agent which then shortly got into different opportunities both within the Operations side or the administrative side of the business. I've had exposure to collaborate with many in similar roles worldwide and can say this has remained true and consistent across the board. If I had to describe TTEC it is a company that leads with transparency, empathy and most importantly, it is a gateway company where you can grow into whatever you aspire to become so long as you work hard.
