Pros

Great pay "IF" you can grasp telesales. Work life balance. Pays daily. Great culture.

Cons

Investing in leads when starting out. When running live appointments as a newbie, your upline & peers will also be running live appointments so sometime it can be tough getting help when trying to navigate Toolkit & the E-App's. If you dont have the right mindset when it comes to being rejected constantly until you catch your stride, this job will demoralize you mentally. By far, unlike any other sales job that I've had.

Thank you for taking the time to share such an honest perspective. We’re glad to hear you’ve found the opportunity rewarding and that the culture, flexibility, and earning potential have stood out. You’re absolutely right that this role requires resilience, especially early on, and it can feel challenging as you build confidence with telesales and systems. We’re continuously working to improve onboarding resources and support so new agents feel more equipped as they find their stride. We appreciate your transparency and the effort you’ve put in so far, and we’re wishing you continued growth and success on your journey! — UniTrust Financial Group Communications Team
