You have to pay 4 things a month to get the rental points, but I just buy 4 $1 tissues on Amazon on slowest shipping. It works.

The BILT card is incredible if you got rent. The first of the month so double rewards too so we always go out to dinner/etc. rent points add up quick, especially in NYC.

If you don’t have rent expense, Chase cards, or Amex cards, I would still get it only you go to restaurants a lot and don’t have a dining card that gives you at least 3x points.

Say no more if you’re in NYC! If you also have roommates and trust them financially, you could pay for the entire apartment on the Bilt card and have them send you their rent portion.
