Multiple Zoom interviews with sales team members, followed by a trial period where you do a project for them and present it. Might seem overkill to some people, but it helps you get to know the company up close before committing (both sides). Much easier to onboard / ramp after the project.

There was a very long pause between the time I submitted an email about my interest to scheduling a phone interview. Went through two phone interviews with individuals on the team I would be joining.
I was not invited to work with the team on a trial basis.
