Overall Experience: Very Positive My interview experience with Capgemini was excellent. The recruitment process was well structured and transparent. The HR team was very responsive and provided timely updates throughout the process. The interview panel was professional and friendly. The technical discussion focused on relevant skills and problem-solving ability. The HR round clearly explained the role, company policies, and joining process. They asked questions related to my technical skills, mainly focusing on Python libraries, SQL concepts, and a detailed explanation of my academic/project work.
The company came for on campus recruitment. The process consisted of three stages:
1. Online Assessment
2. Technical Round
3. HR Round
Online Assessment was aptitude based with some object oriented programming mcqs. In the technical interview, the panel asked me to write some pseudo code in python.
