I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Care.com (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
My interview process included three rounds on Zoom, where I spoke with three different women. It was very easy, and each interviewer was knowledgeable, asking questions clearly and professionally throughout.
Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Care.com in Oct 2021
Interview
I had a phone interview first with one woman, then I had a second interview via zoom with two different ones. Everyone was friendly and informative. Very pleasant experience. I honestly thought I was going to get the job.
I received an Email asking to schedule a time for the interview. Then I chose the date and time. Then I received an email telling me it was filled and told to apply to the part time position. I received another email to schedule my interview. The hiring team never gave me the call and ignored my email when I reached out to figure out what happened and why they didn't call.
