By the third interview with Employ, things really started to go downhill. The hiring manager showed up 16 minutes late, leaving me sitting alone in the virtual waiting room without any communication. I ended up having to email the recruiter just to see if the interview was still happening. When it finally started, the conversation felt rushed, and I didn’t get a real chance to showcase my experience or have a proper dialogue. After putting in time and effort to prepare, it was disappointing to be treated like an afterthought. The lack of professionalism and organization made me seriously question what it would be like to actually work there.
