The recruitment was done via LinkedIn. My person of contact offered me this exciting position and connected me to the person responsible at ManoMano in the HR / Talent Recruiting department.
All in all I had like 8 interviews/calls. One of them was to get to know more about the position and the company, one for getting to know each other personally, four of them were case interviews with employees from different departments and positions and two were for talking about details and conditions for employment.
In the interview, the questions and explanations were always easy to understand and clear. Everyone I talked to really seemed to enjoy working with ManoMano and what they do in their jobs.
Everyone I talked to was also really nice and forward with me. The answers and feedback was always very fast.
