There were three stages to the interview process, First stage was with Onboarding , Second was with two membera of staff, then the third with one of the Directors. The communication regarding the stages was outstanding, with email and texts. Reminders were also sent.

The interview was very calm everyone was kind and welcoming. My face to face interview was with the setting manager and the 2 deputy managers. Everybody asked their questions and they also answered my questions. Everyone was professional.
