The interview process had two stages. First, I had a short phone interview where they asked about my experience, availability, and qualifications. After that, they invited me for a face-to-face interview at the nursery, where I was asked the usual questions about safeguarding, EYFS, behaviour management, and how I work with children. Overall, the process was straightforward and similar to most nursery interviews.
