After the application, you receive as online assessment test. If successful with assessment, you move onto a recorded interview where you record yourself answering various behavioral questions. If successful with the recorded interview, you then move onto an online/zoom type interview with a recruiter. This step is almost like the recorded interview, typically the same types of questions.

Interview
The HireVue interview process at Progressive is structured, straightforward, and entirely virtual. After completing the initial online assessment, I received an invitation to complete a one-way video interview through HireVue.
The interview consisted of around 7–8 pre-recorded questions, mostly behavioral and based on the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).

Several interviews to go through and they are spread too far apart. Always making you wait several days to determine whether you move to the next steps. Once you move on, they are not letting you know if you are interviewing with HR, recruiter or a hiring manager.
