It was good, the interviewer was knowledgeable it was a good experience with well defined process and feedback was also given for the same. There were 2 rounds and one was conducted in person

Contacted by a recruiter who guided me (with calls before/after each step of the process) through the different interviews/ assessments:
1) Online technical assessment (SQL, API, JavaScript, Troubleshooting)
2) Interview with two senior engineers. (Mostly technical questions, explaining experiences)
3) Interview with hiring team. (Behavioural questions, team and company fit, role based questions)
Very qualitative hiring process.
The interview experience with Salesforce for the role of Technical Support Engineer is good. They conducted four rounds in which first round is Technical assesment, second round is communication assessment, third round is Technical Interview, fourth round is HR interview
