I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Salesforce (Jaipur, Rajasthan) in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview was split into two parts:
One Technical and One Managerial.
In managerial round, the queries were mostly about high pressure env and time/priority management. The technical round was split into twain: one doth be the verbal q&a and the rest be the codeth round.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Make an HTTP callout via Apex without checking the documentation.
Candidates generally describe the Salesforce interview process as moderate in difficulty, well-structured, and focused on real-world troubleshooting, communication skills, and customer handling, rather than extremely deep technical grilling or complex theoretical questions.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Salesforce in Oct 2024
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter who guided me (with calls before/after each step of the process) through the different interviews/ assessments:
1) Online technical assessment (SQL, API, JavaScript, Troubleshooting)
2) Interview with two senior engineers. (Mostly technical questions, explaining experiences)
3) Interview with hiring team. (Behavioural questions, team and company fit, role based questions)
Very qualitative hiring process.
The interview experience with Salesforce for the role of Technical Support Engineer is good. They conducted four rounds in which first round is Technical assesment, second round is communication assessment, third round is Technical Interview, fourth round is HR interview
