      Customer Engagement Interview

      Mar 25, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Diego, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at WalkMe (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2026

      Interview

The interview process was explained by the recruiter, so no surprises, but it was interviewing with 5 different people (different meetings) and then a skills test. The whole process took over a month. What upset me is that as I was interviewing and preparing for the test, they kept reposting the job opening. As a former hiring manager, I think that is terrible. We normally freeze applications if you may be close to making an offer or in the final interview stages. Honestly, seeing the recent job repostings made it difficult to take my candidacy seriously, and I remember prepping for the final interview and thinking, "This is a waste of my time." I saw that the job was just reposted AGAIN, so now I am wondering if the job is even real and if they use this interview process as a way to harvest ideas. Either way, something seems insincere.
