I applied online. I interviewed at WalkMe (Tel Aviv-Yafo)
Interview
Probably the worst interview experience I've ever had in my years of experience.
I don't want to go too much into detail, but:
Interpersonal perspective
1. the interview felt like neither interviewer really wanted to be there
2. Interviewers weren't communicative at all.
Technical perspective:
1. The challenge had absolutely no thinking behind it - felt like it was randomly thrown together 5 minutes before the interview.
2. There was no discussion, no end goal - just writing code to oblivion.
3. There was no direction and no template to the interview, so there was no way of knowing whether I'm headed where they want me to be headed, or I'm just wasting time.
Overall, even random leetcode questions would've been better than this nonsense.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WalkMe (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Oct 2019
Interview
Very kind people. The interviews were fair and sometimes fun. First phone interview, then technical interview, then home assignment, then hr and group leader interview. All of them were not too hard and fair enought.

Everything happened so fast. I got an offer in less than a week.
Very good experience! 👌🏼
