I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Ravenna, OH) in Oct 2011
Interview
They called me asking me when I could come in for an interview and I came in and they asked me a bunch of work related situations and what I would do (very much like the questions on the online application) and why I think I would be a good fit at Walmart. Then they told me my tasks and if I could do them. After that there was a panel Interview were I was asked the same questions. after all that I was asked to have a background check and drug test to be performed.
