noon Assistant Manager interview questions

I have read reviews about Managerial posts for Noon on Glassdoor and who knew one day would happen same with me as well. Interviewed for "Assistant Manager- Logistics" and all interviewers including HR were very very lethargic and highly unprofessional only interviewer from first round was sounding very professional, rest of interviewers were 'Very Rude' specially VP in the last round. After the whole process HR reached out to me and told me they were offering position of "Sr. Business Analyst instead of Assistant Manager" and they reduced salary from my original ask and offering only +1 LPA to my currently salary i said yes to negotiation and been more then 2 weeks no answers to call , mails etc. in the industry Ghosting on candidates is very comman practices by HR and Ghosting at this stage of interview is extremly unprofessional.
