      Great environment to learn and grow

      Pros

      A judgement free zone for developers. No one is expected to know everything, and we all learn together. Low-stress work environment with few arbitrary deadlines. Developers are offered a great level of autonomy, but help is always available when needed. Everyone's input and ideas are valued and taken into consideration.

      Cons

      Starting salary is lower than average, but plenty of raise opportunities are offered.
