Pros
Easy-going, fun culture. Large company structure so lots of support from various departments and variety of expertise levels. Great coworkers, average work intensity depending on team and manager. Decent amount of technology to learn about but it depends on the team once again. Generally amazing people and everyone is super nice.
Cons
Depending on the position it's possible to get stuck in terms of learning and not learn anything new after a year or less in position. After waves of layoffs, a project can get completely stuck because the technical expert was laid off or is now in charge of too many projects and doesn't have time to respond to issues/bugs. Can be a challenge to convince to management to allow you to work from home, even for something minimal like once per week.
