Pros

Decent travel benefits - everything else is dependent on ownership.

Cons

Poor Property Management System - built by what I can only assume are the worst software engineers around -- Push out mission-critical updates well before they are ready, and very often on weekends or very inconvenient times - No corporate benefits other than travel - Too much is left to the decision of the franchise owners.

Pros

Schedule was great, work environment could be a lot better but it depends. I learned a lot of good skills as well as things to look out for as this was my first job.

Cons

There was a lot of favoritism instead of teamwork for morning and night shifts as well as for the departments in general. Some are underappreciated and others are overpraised. Everyone seems to be "ok" with doing the bare minimum so there is little space for genuine hospitality. Poor work conditions due to worn equipment which they refused to fix for some reason and it violated health regulations.
